Which products qualify for the promotion?

All Ricca® pH Buffers and KCl Conductivity Standards listed in the official promotion qualify. This includes pH values ranging from 1.00 to 13.00 and conductivity levels from 10 µS/cm to 10,000 µS/cm. Both 1 L and 500 mL formats are eligible, giving your lab plenty of flexibility.

Can I mix pH buffers and conductivity standards in the same order?

Yes. Any eligible Ricca® pH Buffer or Conductivity CRM can be combined within the same purchase. You can mix different pH values, volumes, and conductivity levels. As long as the products appear on the eligible list, they count toward the “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” promotion without restrictions.

How do I redeem my free item after purchasing?

After buying two eligible products from Lab Pro, choose a free item of equal or lesser value. Then complete the official redemption form and submit it with your Lab Pro invoice to Ricca. Once approved, Ricca will ship your free CRM directly to your lab. The process is quick and straightforward.

When does this promotion end, and when must I submit the form?

All qualifying purchases must be made by December 31, 2025. Redemption forms, along with your Lab Pro invoice, must be submitted to Ricca no later than January 31, 2026. Orders or submissions made after these cutoff dates will not be eligible, so early planning is recommended.
