The 500-11-US five star 5.5" off-set lead forming plier is used to form a single lead on TO-220 style transistor. The lead can be formed .100" up or down to "Off-Set" the lead. Great when components are mounted vertically on PC board. It features a molded antimicrobial static dissipative (10? ohms/sq) ergonomic grips with dual leaf springs.
