The 907-IC five star 6.5" shear cutter and former, this tool will cut and form up to 8 I.C. leads. Leads are cut and formed out or in for surface mounting of standard D.I.P/IC. It features soft cushioned ESD safe (10¬π?? ohms/sq) ergonomic grip with dual leaf springs for smooth action.
