The Texwipe ThermaSeal 60 9" x 9" (23 cm x 23 cm) sealed-edge polyester wipers are designed for high-performance cleanroom wiping. Thermally sealed to prevent fiber and particle release, these wipers are ideal for ISO Class 4 and higher environments. Made from 100% polyester, they provide excellent absorbency and wiping efficiency for surfaces, equipment, and parts, including the application and removal of solutions, lubricants, adhesives, and disinfectants.
Laundered in a controlled cleanroom, these wipers maintain low particle, ion, and NVR levels, while offering chemical resistance to solvents such as IPA, acetone, and ethanol. Autoclavable and individually lot coded, they provide consistent performance and traceability in critical environments.
