The Sterisart® Universal Pump features premium software that simplifies sterility testing procedures. Run the manual operating mode with data collection via the integrated barcode scanner, or save your standard operating procedures in the interface for efficient future use. The Sterisart® NF System is a completely disposable technology, based on the membrane filtration method, for the sterility testing of pharmaceutical products. By providing more than 15 units, technicians can selectively choose which adapter or system best fits their application. The Sterisart® Universal Pump transfers the sample into the filtration units. After rinsing, the filtration units are then filled with culture media and used for incubation of the filters without any contact to the environment. After 14 days of incubation, a visible result is available (turbidity | no turbidity).Ergonomic and user-friendly design Space is at a premium within an isolator. The Sterisart universal pump has a compact footprint and occupies the least space possible and is designed for use in cleanroom benchtops, laminar flow hoods and advanced aseptic processing systems such as RABS and Isolators. The bottle holder and display are tilt and height adjustable. The touch sensitive buttons are designed for use with isolator gloves and are encased behind float glass, minimizing the risk of accidental damage. The tube threading guide and manual closure diminishes the risk of accidental jamming and downtime. Reliable and robust The pump features a closed pump chassis design eliminating the need for motor ventilation and prevents particle emission. Different parts of the pump, including the rotor head, can easily be detached for a thorough cleaning and VHP decontamination. Data capture The display integrated barcode scanner facilitates transcription free material data capture. The Sterisart Easy Configuration Software offers step by step guidance through a sterility test and facilitates 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
