The cassettes are ready to use out of the box. and may be re-used to process several samples. They are simple and efficient. utilizing a unique flip-flow channel design that ensures optimal flux with no optimization effort. These cassettes are easy to use. reliable. and the best choice given their unrivaled flexibility compared to any laboratory ultrafiltration system in the market. Cassette Equipment Each Vivaflow® package conveniently includes tubing. pressure indicator. flow restrictor and tubing. All you need is a peristaltic pump with a pump head capable of handling 6.4 mm OD (size 16) tubing. Rapid Sample Processing Vivaflow® cassettes offer unmatched speed and efficiency. A single 200 cm2 device typically concentrates 1L by a factor of 50 in less than 30 min. Alternatively. two Vivaflow® 200 cassettes can be used in parallel for the concentration of 5L in under 75 minutes. Near-total recovery of the concentrate is achieved with a single buffer rinse.
