Super Erecta Hot is a super flexible and efficient way to keep food hot while preparing, serving, staging or holding hot food items. Super Erecta Hot Workstations with Open Heated Overhead Shelf includes 24" deep stainless steel worksurface, 3-sided open frame to allow under counter storage, stationary posts, and 14" deep overhead heated & wire shelves. The Super Erecta Hot heated shelf features an adjustable thermostat to control temperatures up to 200?F (93?C).Minimum clearance from bottom of shelf to combustible surface is 1.5" (38mm). Recommended minimum spacing between shelves is 5.73" (146mm).
