The Heidolph Hei-Dro Clean 165UC Glassware Washer comes with an assortment of features and accessories to meet all your laboratory washing needs. The Hei-Dro Clean is designed to sanitize, clean, and dry all labware such as:
- Containers: Beakers, bottles, graduated cylinders, and ampoules
- Narrow-neck glassware: Erlenmeyer flasks, evaporation and receiving flasks, Soxhlet’s, and condensers
- Other Glassware such as Petri dishes, funnels, test tubes, lids, spatulas, magnetic laboratory stir bars, stoppers, etc.
The unit utilizes a color touch screen which provides easy operation and control of wash loads helping to ensure reproducible results. The large viewing window on the front of the unit allows users to closely monitor and view wash loads throughout a cycle. The Hei-Dro Clean comes with an upper standard rack and a lower spindle rack with 25 positions and 10 glassware holders. Additional accessories and inserts are available to further customize the washer to meet your needs.
During a cycle, all wash parameters such as water temperature and number of stages, the active stage of the cycle, wash and rinse times, and cycle length are displayed on the display. Once a cycle is completed, HEPA-filtered forced air circulates throughout the chamber to dry the load. The unit comes with 20 preset programs and has the capacity to store up to 20 user-created custom programs. Different interfaces are available for on-board datalogging, connecting to a PC, and an external printer.
