Erlab's ChemTrap filtration option for safety cabinets is a add on that will attach to the existing threaded port that comes from factory with the safety cabinet. The Chemtrap will filter the interior air within the cabinet, removing lingering chemical vapors present. Clean air will be returned back to the labortaory. Designed as a standalone system with no need for ducting to the outside. The system will come equipped with an adjustable pipe that accommodates connection points from the side or back of your existing cabinet via the bung port. To ensure compliance with NFPA regulations, the Chemtrap should only be installed on safety cabinets that feature the threaded port from the factory.
