Liquinox® is supplied as a concentrate and is typically diluted 1:100 to create a 1% cleaning solution, using 10 mL per liter of water. The solution can be adjusted for heavily soiled items by increasing concentration or water temperature as needed.

It is designed to remove soils from glass, metal, plastic, and other surfaces without leaving interfering residues.
Does Liquinox® leave any residues?
Liquinox® is formulated to be free rinsing and leaves no interfering residues when properly rinsed. It passes inhibitory residue testing for water analysis applications and is suitable for phosphate-sensitive laboratory ware and critical cleaning procedures.
Is Liquinox® suitable for regulated environments?
Yes, Liquinox® is USDA-authorized for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants and FDA-certified. It supports cleaning validation processes in laboratories and manufacturing facilities that require documented compliance and inspection readiness.
What cleaning methods are compatible with Liquinox®?
Liquinox® can be used with soak tanks, brushes, sponges, cloths, ultrasonic cleaners, and flow-through clean-in-place systems. It is not recommended for spray machines due to foaming. For critical cleaning, a final rinse with distilled or deionized water is recommended.
