Lab Pro’s “Be A Lab Pro” Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs

Lab Pro's Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program or Kanban helps our customers with their inventory management load. We do that by providing a scheduling system for lean and just-in-time inventory. How does it work? A Lab Pro specialist will personally manage our customer's inventory based on a mutually agreed upon list of items using min/max levels. This service is usually performed weekly and can be adjusted based upon any schedule. Additionally, if access is provided to your facility, Lab Pro can enter your premises and stock back-up inventory to ensure uninterrupted service. Lab Pro's Guaranteed Stock Program helps our customer with their inventory management needs. By meeting with our customer, a Lab Pro sales representative will develop a list of products and the minimum quantities needed to be stocked at Lab Pro's distribution center. Customer orders placed before 3pm will have guaranteed delivery within 24 hours.

Lab Pro's Blanket Order Program affords our customers the flexibility to place orders for future delivery. Lab Pro will inventory product and ship according to the scheduled release dates from the purchase order. Multiple delivery dates can be listed on a single purchase order.
