The form asks for your name, company, shipping address, lab/room number, city, state, zip, and email. Then check your freebie tier, or select up to 4 free cases instead. Allow 2–4 weeks for delivery. Your submission form must be received by October 2, 2026.

Which orders qualify for the promo?
Orders for CELLTREAT and VistaLab products placed between August 17 and September 18, 2026, through any CELLTREAT distributor, for end-user customers. The offer doesn't apply to previous purchases and can't be combined with any other CELLTREAT or VistaLab discount or promotional offer. Valid in the U.S. only.
Can I take free product cases instead of the giveaways?
Yes. Every tier can be redeemed for free product cases instead of the eco-gear, and you can mix and match with any free product case while supplies last. Free product must be of equal or lesser value than your average total purchase price. Limit is 4 free cases per lab.
How many rewards can one lab receive?
Each lab is limited to 4 free cases or 3 freebies. The tiers stack toward the best deal: buy 10 qualifying cases and you receive the full set, Eco-Conscience Backpack, Recycled Aluminum Bottle, and 'Duck Billed Discoveries' Notebook, or take four free product cases in their place instead.
What do I need to submit my claim?
You'll need proof of purchase for your qualifying order plus the completed redemption form with promo code PACK26-LABPRO-V2. Submit online at celltreat.us/submitpromo or email the form and proof to promotions@celltreat.com. Have your name, company, shipping address, lab or room number, city, state, zip, and email ready.
When does the offer end and when will my gear arrive?
Orders must be placed by September 18, 2026, and your submission form must be received by October 2, 2026. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery after your claim is processed. CELLTREAT reserves the right to substitute identical product packages as alternative part numbers where needed.
