DOWSIL™ 3145 Silicone Adhesive is a one-component, room-temperature-curing silicone adhesive and sealant. It is non-flowing and provides high thermal stability along with high temperature resistance.
This material offers high elongation and high tensile strength, making it suitable for a variety of assembly and sealing applications. It is used for assembling printed wire boards, yokes, and for sealing housings, modules, and electrical leads.
Packaged in a 19 kg pail, this gray adhesive meets the requirements of MIL-A-46146 and supports demanding electronic and mechanical assembly environments.
